Refund and Returns

With every item we have on the website, we will give a detailed description of what the item is made of in terms of materials. We have disclosed that each item is handmade, unique by nature and may include imperfections such a tiny bubbles, scuff marks from the silicone moulds used to make the products and slight textures from the waste materials like shredded PP plastics. Please make sure you are well informed of these descriptions and that you are happy with the imperfections before purchasing the item. 

Returns (if applicable)

Our online policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please email us before you return the item with your order number and reason for refund.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Non-returnable items include:
- Jewellery (for sanitary purposes)
- Sale items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


There will be no exchanges on items nor refunds on sale items.

 

Shipping policy

Resin & Be Thankful is only open to the UK currently and will only ship domestically.

As of Jan 2021, the website will charge Postage based upon the product type and/or weight along with the postal packaging size (PIP) and try and make them as minimal as possible.

Items are usually posted within 1-2 working days (if orders are placed on Friday, I will post out your order on Monday) of placing your order and you will receive a confirmation email once shipped. You can choose between Standard Royal Mail 1st Class (usually the next working day), Standard Royal Mail 2nd Class (within 2-3 working days) or Royal Mail UK Tracked 48 (within 2 working days with online tracking) which all vary in price and time for delivery.

I'd like to put a disclaimer that once the packages are with the post services, I will not be held responsible for any lost goods. 

From the Royal Mail website: "You can confirm when your parcel’s been delivered or attempted to be delivered here. Online delivery confirmation is not a tracked service. You can’t track your parcel through Royal Mail’s network, but can check online to confirm it’s been delivered."
